Moodle Hosting Moodle outage for some customers

Moodle sites are unavailable for some customers . We are investigating the issue. All other services should be working.

Access to Moodle sites has now been fully restored. The issue was caused by a domain configuration problem that required action from an external provider for the mywisenet.com.au domain. This caused the domain to become temporarily unavailable, which affected access to Moodle for some customers.

Our team worked with the provider as soon as they became available this morning, and the required changes have now been completed. Services are restoring and operating as expected.

We will continue monitoring closely, but no further impact is expected. We are working through future mitigations.
