We are investigating an issue affecting access to a subset of Wisenet-hosted Moodle sites.

Affected users may be unable to access their Moodle site. Other Wisenet services and customers are not affected.

This issue is separate from the earlier Moodle incident this week.

The issue has been identified, and updates are being applied to the affected sites.

Service has been restored to all affected sites. We are now reviewing the root cause.

This incident has been resolved.

The issue was caused by an outdated configuration. This has now been corrected, and all affected Moodle sites are operating normally.

We will continue to monitor the service.
