We will be performing scheduled maintenance for a major product release on Saturday 13 June.

During this maintenance window, most services will be unavailable while we complete the release.

After services are restored, there may be brief periods of slowness or disruption while we complete post-release validation.

Maintenance window:

  • Australia AEST: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
  • New Zealand NZST: 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Singapore SGT: 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM
  • South Africa SAST: 1:30 AM – 4:00 AM

This release includes important product changes, including Unit Offer Unification updates. We appreciate your patience while this work is completed.

Wisenet Login Portal Wisenet Services Outage

We are investigating an outage impacting Wisenet User login and authentication services for users only.

The cause of the outage has been identified. Our team is working to restore authentication services.

The issue prevented some users from logging into Wisenet. Other systems remained available, though some API and integration requests may have intermittently failed during the incident. All Wisenet automations and integrations have now successfully replayed. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
