11:50am AEDT - Some Moodle sites are preventing User login. The site is loading but some other connection issue. We are monitoring.
12:15pm AEDT - It appears very random and is impacting a handful of sites.
12:48pm AEDT - All sites automatically self healed.
There was a network issue that automatically restored itself. We are diagnosing the logs to prevent this happening in the future.
