10:50am AEST - Investigating periodic delays in email delivery, sms delivery, ureports and automation

11:50pm AEST - We have identified the issue. Spike in activity causing activities to queue. We are monitoring performance.

12:20pm AEST - Queues are processing however with some delays. There is no need to replay the actions. Please just wait for the activity to be completed.

12:44pm AEST - The delays have been cleared. There are no further issues.

Wisenet LRM Logbook Loading Issues

1:15pm AEST - Investigating logbook load issue

1:20pm AEST - We have identified the issue. A fix is being rolled out.

2:00pm AEST - Most customer logbook access has been restored. Final customers being updated.

3:14pm AEST - The logbook section is now loading for all customers. Some emails and credentials are still queued and being processed.

3:33pm AEST - All emails and credentials are processed as expected. There are no further issues.
