9:35pm AEST - Our monitoring has detected delays processing some Wisenet events (Emails, SMS, Learncycles, TaskNotifications). All other services appear to be operational. We are investigating the issue.
10:30pm AEST - Still investigating the cause.
11:59pm AEST - We have identified a key cause but still have to determine the right fix. Due to the isolated nature of the issue and it being a weekend. We are opting to resolve this in the morning.

12:30pm AEST - Event delays has been resolved. All events should be processed.
