Outage Overview
On 3 July 2022 8:07am AEST we became aware of a technical issue affecting users and services. All Wisenet services other than Moodle Hosting have been restored (see previous incident below). We are continuing to resolve Moodle Hosting.
During Wednesday 6th July 2022 and through the night we have been able to resolve Moodle Hosting. We are working through a final set of checks and will be bringing on Moodle sites one by one during 7th July 2022. We will advise each customer as the site becomes available.
Users will receive an email once systems are back up and running.
